My First and Favorite

To start the new blog I thought I would start with where it all began, and my favorite, the ENTERTAINMENT BOOK !  I remember as a kid these became popular but I never really gave it much thought.  As I got older my parents kinda peaked my interest as they were always using coupons when going out to eat.  The Entertainment Book is great for food but also has other discounts for entertainment and travel.  The website gives you a login once you buy the book and there are a ton of extra coupons that are printable from there.  They have books for most medium to large cities and the price can range for $15 to $25 dollars but if you are a savings hound that will pay off in a short time and you will be reaping the rewards of your efforts !!

Hello and welcome to my new blog.  My wife has mentioned to me several times that I should blog about the way I live my life, finding deals to save money....basically living cheaply.

It seems that maybe there is a stigma that exists that people are afraid to use coupons at a restaurant, what is there to be embarrassed about?  Why do you want to pay full price for something when a lot of the time you can get it for half price or free !

I will begin sharing my past, present and future findings with you.  Most of the time we like to save money going out to eat but that has moved on to more facets now.  Let me be your tour guide to saving money.....and to be happy !
